Description Solterra Academy provides comprehensive special education services for students ages 5 to 22 who require intensive support due to emotional, behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and/or learning challenges. We are committed to creating a therapeutic, structured, and student-centered environment that supports the growth, independence, and success of every learner. We are seeking a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Clinical Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with educators, clinicians, families, and support staff to assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language services aligned with each student’s IEP. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable working in a therapeutic school setting with students who have complex needs. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (In-Person) Summer Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (In-Person) Please note: This position requires a year-round commitment, including both the regular school year and our summer session.
