Job Description: The Direct Support Provider (DSP) will assist the DSP Supervisor with providing work skills training and social skills training to clients. The DSP will also assist with completion of daily paperwork and data collection for the clients in accordance with agency and government guidelines. The DSP is responsible to implement and follow the behavioral protocols and support plans after training for client-specific needs. Other duties may be assigned.
