Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Center Drive - Hanover, MD 21076Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments to support production and customer orders. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling carriers and verifying documentation Receive and inspect raw materials and packaging for accuracy and quality Prepare shipping documents and ensure orders are shipped correctly and on time Maintain accurate inventory and system transactions Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and audit-ready Work Environment & Schedule: Food manufacturing environment with exposure to spices and varying temperatures PPE required (hairnet, gloves, safety gear) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM Qua...
