Taco Bell Service Champion (Team Member) Ampler dba Taco Bell is seeking a Service Champion (Team Member) SCHEDULE(S): - 6:00am – 11:00am - 11:00am – 2:00pm - 2:00pm – 5:00pm - 5:00pm – 8:00pm - 8:00pm – 11:00pm - 8:00pm – 3:00am - 11:00pm – 3:00am JOB DESCRIPTION: The Service Champion (Team Member) is the most crucial part of our business. This person will be providing friendly, accurate service to customers as well as your teammates and managers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers. You’ll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they’re correct, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Consistently provide above average customer service - Receiving customer orders from lobby and drive-thru - Receive payment for purchases and return correct change (if necessary) - Keeping work-space sanitary, well organized, and well stocked - Participate in store audits to ensure company compliance - Regular cleaning of prep space, kitchen, and all other areas throughout restau...
