What You’ll Do: - Work directly with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage a portfolio of transactions - Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys and centers of influence for business referrals. - Process incoming and outgoing wires for 1031 transactions - Coordinate with operations department to confirm transactions are applied appropriately in a timely manner. - Provides clear verbal and written communications for interactions with clients, lawyers, and referral sources....
