First Merchants Bank is seeking a Site Support Analyst to join our team! This position will provide onsite technical support for banking centers and offices across First Merchant Bank’s footprint. Each Site Support Analyst has an assigned area of First Merchant Bank’s footprint to support along with providing backup support in other areas as needed. As part of this role you will: - Primary onsite technical support for installation and troubleshooting of technology equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: Computers and peripherals, phones, conference room equipment, printers, network equipment, AdQue devices, and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) devices. - Coordinate with vendors to assist with technical needs as they arise. - Assist other technology teams with onsite support as needed. - Manage trouble tickets – these can include, but are not limited to, password unlocks/resets, local installations of software, troubleshooting phone issues, operating system issues, conference room technology issues, etc. - Manage equipment requests – will be responsible for maintaining the stock levels of equipment on-site (PCs, Phones, Monitors, etc.) as well as fulfilling equipment reques...
