Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. Summary We're seeking a paralegal to be an integral part of Mass Tort Law and Briefing Team. This role will work closely with a lead attorney and team members. The ability to be self sufficient and work independently on a day-to-day basis is essential. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following. Responsibilities: Finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda Keep track of docket activity, filing deadlines, and assignments Create tables of contents and tables of authorities for legal briefs Maintain organizational system for case files Liaise between trial teams and internal and external third parties Interface with paralegals at other firms on mass tort/c...
