ING Open Banking is evolving beyond compliance into a strategic platform that enables ecosystems, new business models, and seamless integration with our partners’ and clients’ systems. As an Open Banking Customer Journey Expert, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product strategy and management, platform integrations, and external partnerships. You are responsible for shaping how ING collaborates with external partners (e.g. PSPs, fintechs, ERP/TMS providers, high-impact partners) while connecting internal business lines across ING verticals (Retail, Business Banking, Wholesale Banking) to the Open Banking platform. You are accountable for translating ecosystem opportunities and regulatory developments into scalable platform adoption, value creation, and strategic partnerships, ensuring ING’s Open Banking capabilities are positioned as a trusted, compliant, and commercially viable platform in the market.
