What You’ll Be Doing: - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, providing support and directing inquiries appropriately - Learn and support daily dispatch operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete - Communicate schedules and changes clearly with drivers, plant operations, and customers - Assist with entering, tracking, and updating orders using dispatch and production systems - Monitor job progress and support adjustments to schedules as needed - Support a strong safety culture by promoting compliance with company and regulatory standards What Are We Looking For: - Strong customer service and communication skills, especially in a high-volume phone environment - Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting - Comfortable learning new systems related to scheduling and dispatch - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make timely, informed decisi...
