Shift Supervisor – Autonomous Vehicle Operations Los Angeles, CA $37.00 per hour | Full-Time We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Vehicle Operators in an autonomous vehicle environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work directly with your team to ensure operational excellence, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. What You’ll Do: - Lead and supervise a team of Vehicle Operators (VOs) - Ensure daily operations meet safety and performance standards - Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management - Support scheduling, shift coordination, and reporting - Act as a player-coach by working alongside your team - Collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals - Serve as a point of contact for contractors and team members - Support vehicle testing operations in and out of vehicles Requirements: - 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience - Active AVT permit required - Previous leadership or supervisory experience - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to work in a team-driven environment - Clean driving record Preferred Experience: - Background in AV, fleet operations, or technical envir...
