Job Description Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards of care. Develops quality improvement programs and instructs staff on same. Develops, implements and monitors preventive maintenance and equipment replacement programs. Job Responsibility: - Leads the activities of assigned Patient Care team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives.
