TITLE: Floor Supervisor LAST UPDATED: May 24, 2023 DIVISION: DEPARTMENT: Table Games REPORTS TO: Assistant Shift Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt JOB CLASS: 10 ________________________________________________________________ Summary: Supervises and coordinates table gaming on designated tables during assigned shift. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position. Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description. Essential Job Functions: - Supervises, trains, counsels, and evaluates table games department staff during assigned shift. - Monitors dealers and players; maintains card control and rotation, chip control, dealer rotation and other elements of table gaming integrity. - Starts games, completes table bank fills, makes decisions on closing games, or rules of play. - Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions. - Works at or assists with table gaming. - Tracks guests play via Bravo pit tracking system. - Due to Spirit Mountain Casino being a 24-hour, 7...
