Job Title: Assistant Esports Coach - Overwatch (Part-time) Reporting Relationship: Head Esports Coach: Unit: IWU-Marion: Department: Intercollegiate Athletics-IWU Marion: Campus Location: Barnes Student Center, Marion, IN Summary of Position: The Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch position will oversee the IWU Overwatch program by attending all practices, matches, and team events, providing constructive feedback for improvement, managing rosters, and working individually with student-athletes to ensure progress and growth. The Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch will also be responsible for working with the Head Esports Coach to monitor the academic progress of the members of the Overwatch team. They must also ensure that the students they oversee can grow within the Athletic Department’s motto of Both/And, as well as the Esports team’s core values of Kindness, Belonging, Integrity, Humility and Courage.
