We are looking for an enthusiastic person with proficient technical skills, or someone with technical aptitude who has worked/or is working in the hospitality sector. We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, and who can proactively and professionally deliver technical support to our clients. Reporting to the Team Leader, NSW Service Delivery, this role will see you responsible for the delivery of quality field technical services during business hours and for afterhours break/fix responses, whilst adhering to the delivery of services to agreed service levels with clients.
