About the Role This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech. Responsibilities: - Partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. - Day to day drive the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. - Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release announcements. Grow and foster relationships with active and passive talent. - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. - Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress. - Assist in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates. Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and processes. - Mentor junior members of Talent Acquisition Team. - Manage the on-boarding process partnering with line managers.
