Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY: The Executive Director of Development provides executive leadership, oversight and direction to the development team. The incumbent provides vision and tactical leadership to the coordination and integration of the Development programs across Saint Alphonsus, including campaign planning activities, capital campaign development, annual, mid-level, corporate and planned giving. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer, is accountable and works closely with organizational leadership. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master's degree preferred. Experience in health care is preferred, particularly in a large health system context. Approximately ten to fifteen years progressively more responsible related work experience including seven to ten years supervisory and managerial experience. Demonstrated experience developing actions and achieving aggressive balanced objectives aligned with an organization’s vision and strategic plan.
