It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-SSM Health Outpatient Center-Madison Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: This is a full time day shift Pharmacist Coordinator role for SSM Health Outpatient Center located in Madison, Wisconsin working a total of 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an every 6th weekend rotation. The Saturday schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday is 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Job Summary: Coordinates the operations of a community pharmacy, ensuring costs are within budget and standard work and policies are implemented. Performs duties of a managing pharmacist in accordance with all federal and state regulations and accreditation and certification requirements. Performs all duties of a clinical community pharmacist. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensures compliance with patient care and medication practice standards through the implementation of system policies and standard work.
