Senior SCRUM Master

Job description

As a Senior Scrum Master you will be responsible for coordinating multiple cross-functional Agile development teams utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. You will assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. You will identify and remove impediments to progress. You will facilitate sprint planning events, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will support, coach and mentor team members and facilitates collaborative interactions and events aimed at delivering business value in a Scrum @ Scale environment. Responsibilities: Qualifications: This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
