They primarily check patients in/out when they are on site for their appointments, assist patients when they reach the practice by telephone/online and promote/ sell cosmetic procedures and products. Essential Functions Summary: The front desk cosmetic employees greet all patients that arrive in the cosmetic suite. Employees will schedule follow up appointments, scan any visit paperwork, promote/ sell skin care products, collect HIPAA forms and capture consent signatures. Staff will verify patient information is correct in all systems, answer phones, check voicemails, schedule procedures request by inter office staff as well as monitor online scheduling. Position Requirements: Must exhibit, demonstrate and maintain outstanding customer service skills Promotes/ sells skin care products/services to clients Skills in data entry and EMR programs.
