Hospital Liaison – Nashville, TN Tennessee Quality Care Home Health: Tennessee Quality Care Home Health is actively seeking a high-performing Hospital Liaison to drive growth in the Nashville market. We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with experience in hospital, home health, or hospice sales who knows how to build relationships and close. In this role, you will own your territory, developing key hospital partnerships, increasing referrals, and positioning our home health services as the provider of choice.
