Warehouse Cleanliness & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient warehouse environment across dry storage, freezer, finished goods (FG) cooler, and raw cooler areas. Collaborate with production supervisor to determine optimal layout and storage logic for dry storage, freezer, and FG areas. Lead warehouse employees in executing the approved layout plans for all warehouse zones. Uphold standards for product organization, ensuring items are neatly down-stacked, condensed, and placed correctly on pallets. Maintain cleanliness standards by directing staff to pick up debris, sweep, and wash down warehouse areas, including the loading dock. 2. Inbound & Outbound Shipping Management Ensure all incoming and outgoing products are accurately accounted for, properly documented, and handled with efficiency. Manage and maintain scheduled appointments for all inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with production to ensure accuracy. Check in all visitors and truck drivers arriving at the facility.
