We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers with specific experience in Complex Behaviors or High-Intensity Clinical Complex Care to join our growing team in Western Sydney. The Role: In line with The NDIS Choice and Control , our participants look for consistency and relationships, so building rapport is essential to the role. Shift Structure : Initial shifts typically 2 to 4 hours. This allows you to build a genuine relationship and reputation with participants.
