Position Purpose: The Process Owner is responsible for supporting and enhancing compliance‑related processes within Centene’s Enterprise Business Operations Services team, with a strong focus on external audit readiness, issue tracking, and cross‑functional coordination with matrixed team support. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring processes are well‑governed, documented, and executed consistently to meet regulatory and organizational standards. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, scalable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches industry best practices to ensure alignment of strategic planning, collaboration with key stakeholders, communication delivery, operational execution/implementation, and compliance and budget adherence.
