Job Description: - Escort patients to exam rooms - Assist physicians with exams and procedures, administer medications, and perform tests. - Assist patients with questions about medications and wound care. - File charts; ensure all related reports, labs, and information are available in patients' medical records before their appointment - Take telephone messages; provide feedback and answer patient/physician/pharmacy calls - Process messages from patients and front office staff to physicians - Clean and restock examination rooms - Sterilize instruments Qualifications: - Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette - Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow - Excellent computer skills - Candidate must be willing to be crossed trained in clerical duties - Candidate must be willing to trai...
