Job Description: The Wall Street Journal is seeking an experienced photo editor to join its Features team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic group of photo editors and work on The Wall Street Journal’s digital and weekend print Fashion, Lifestyle and Entertainment coverage. The ideal candidate for this role has a stylish sensibility, strong news judgment and journalistic integrity and brings a background in style news or cultural features assigning and production. You must also have a digital, deadline-driven background and be able to work quickly and accurately on a range of subjects, collaborating with Features editors and reporters as well as non-staff writers and contributors. You should have experience with contemporary portraiture, reportage, conceptual still-life and have deep, expedient research skills. This position will be based in our New York office and reports to The Deputy Photo Director, Features.
