This person will be responsible for all activities that occur or fail to occur with regard to projects or personnel assigned to his/her team/region. This role is considered a safety sensitive position due to the varying conditions and exposure to hazards on jobsites. Some things you can expect to do: Manage subcontractor performance. Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring new staff members. (Hiring of new employees will be discussed at Field Coordinator meetings.)
