Overview The Director of Security is responsible for implementing and overseeing crucial safety measures within our organization; with a strong focus in protecting our teammates, visitors, and assets while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices. The Director of Security will lead the development and execution of strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and foster a secure environment for all stakeholders. The Director of Security provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service. Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day security operations, conducting regular security inspections. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security guard teammates, including scheduling, reviewing/approving payroll and assigning duties - Community liaison between security and management to ensure positive relations and transparency of our roles within the community.
