A Day in the Life: The Application Support Intern will join the Strategic Marketing Intelligence (SMI) team to support application testing, user support and continuous improvement of digital tools across the EurAsia region. This role is a great opportunity for a student in software engineering or a related field to gain practical experience in application support, issue triage, testing and stakeholder collaboration within a regional business environment. Working as part of a cross-functional team, the Application Support Intern will collaborate with marketing, IT, analytics teams and external development partners to help validate workflows, document and reproduce issues, support end users and maintain support materials.
