When will you work?: - This is a full time position working Monday – Friday in Bakersfield, CA. What you’ll do: - Supervise pharmacy technicians compounding of preparations, filling and labeling of prescriptions and prepackaging of bulk medications - Communicate with the customer care team for clarification of prescriptions or refill authorizations, perform final check on prescriptions and oversee compounding - Consistently meet standards for accuracy, pharmaceutical elegance and potency - Adhere to USP and guidelines and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations - Performs other duties as assigned or requested by management, pharmacist in charge or shift leader Who you are: - Understand USP 795, USP 797, USP 800, State Board of Pharmacy regulations, Section 503A of the Federal FD&C - Possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills - Solid interpersonal skills including the ability to remain calm, professional, diplomatic, and positive - Abi...
