Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Research and Development Technician who will be responsible for assisting Research and Development Engineers with inventing, developing, and refining the technology inherent to SHINE’s business and products. Additionally, the Senior Research and Development Technician will be responsible for assembling and troubleshooting test systems, running experiments, and collecting data. The base salary range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities of the Senior Research and Development Technician include, but are not limited to: - Assemble, modify, and troubleshoot experimental apparatuses - Carefully perform experiments and accurately report results - Assist in the evaluation of prototype components and products for SHINE.
