POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Corporate Safety Department, this position is responsible for owning the driver compliance lifecycle and training experience, including onboarding/orientation, road testing, Hours of Service (HOS) compliance, and ongoing regulatory adherence. This role ensures that all drivers meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and internal standards through structured training, auditing, and performance monitoring. In addition to compliance execution, the role leverages data to identify trends, improve driver performance, and enhance training effectiveness. The position works cross-functionally with operations and safety leadership while producing clear, actionable reporting for management and executive teams. Success in this role requires strong system proficiency, analytical capability, and the ability to translate data into meaningful compliance and training outcomes.
