Part-Time Employment - 22.5 hours per week during regular business hours (8am-5pm) Starting Pay Rate: $23.50 hourly: The Dementia Care Navigator will provide comprehensive and integrated care with the goals of improving the quality of life for people living with dementia and their caregivers and enabling the person with dementia to remain in the home and community.
