Overview: The Innovator Global Lab is a premium, blended research mentorship experience designed for ambitious high school students. In partnership with a local lab - BioLabs NYU Langone , we guide students through a rigorous curriculum focused on primary research and paper creation in CRISPR. Students engage in wet lab mentorship to gain hands-on experience in research methodologies and academic writing. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated candidate with prior experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Research Assistant (RA) to join us as a Residential Student Supervisor. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between the academic program and the student experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day well-being, safeguarding, and logistical supervision of our cohort. While this is a residential supervision role, we specifically seek candidates with an academic research background who have experience interacting with students and can provide support as they navigate high-level research for the first time.
