For the Europe Central Asia (ECA) region, we are looking for a senior HSE leader to support and coordinate HSE efforts across 10 countries . The role is responsible for driving our Zero Harm culture, ensuring that HSE delivery aligns with industry standards and Nutreco’s global guidelines, and that policies and improvement initiatives are effectively implemented across the region. While there is no direct line management of local HSE teams, the position plays a critical influencing role in guiding and driving effective regional HSE implementation. Success depends on strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead behavioural and cultural change across diverse operating environments.
