Working closely with the Innovation & Transformation Lead and cross-functional teams, you will translate operational and clinical workflows into clear business and system requirements. This role suits an early-career BA with strong analytical skills, curiosity about AI and digital tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
