Job Description Summary Convening with operations teams, reliability team, consulting field reports and operational data to identify extra work and support mitigation planning for possible emergent issues dealing with generator outages. Interface with cross functional teams, research previous outage reports and operational data to develop recommendations. . Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration. Maintenance of fleet data, outage management. - Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area.
