Description Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Safe Start, the Safe Start Instructor provides excellent customer service while giving direct leadership, motivation, and instruction of the Safe Start survival swim skills program for children ages six months to four years old. The Safe Start Instructor creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the YMCA of Central Florida policies and procedures.
