Senior UX Researcher

Job description

We’re expanding the UX function at Keylane and are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to deepen our understanding of customers, users, and product ecosystems. You’ll shape how we uncover insights, validate direction, and inform product decisions across our portfolio. This role is key to ensuring we build solutions that are not only functional, but usable, valuable, and aligned with real user needs. Key about your role: The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for elevating our understanding of users and customer needs across Keylane’s products. This role will design and scale research practices, partner deeply with Product and UX Design, and build the insights foundation that informs product strategy, prioritization, and experience quality. You will be reporting to the Head of UX.
