Overview: We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This is an hourly, assignment based, flex position. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds. - Conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews as needed, and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boards - Track and monitor confidential candidate information - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to date - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement) - Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks - Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
