Vice President of Contracts Location: Huntsville, Alabama (or U.S.-based with periodic executive presence required) Reports To: Chief Financial Officer: Security Clearance: Eligible for U.S. clearance (Active preferred) The Opportunity: Aurex is a rapidly growing, mission-focused national security and space technology company serving the U.S. Department of War, U.S. Space Force, NASA, Intelligence Community, and Commercial Space customers. The company is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Contracts to serve as a key executive leader responsible for enterprise-wide contract and subcontract strategy, , governance oversight, and risk management. This is a strategic growth leadership position responsible for enabling expansion of Aurex and all its legal entities across major federal and commercial contract vehicles and classified programs while protecting enterprise value, margin, and compliance posture.
