The Opportunity Adobe is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Value Specialist Document Cloud with Retention focus to support adoption and value realisation of Adobe Acrobat Sign across an existing enterprise customer base. In this role, you will engage with customers to help them unlock the value of Adobe Sign, driving activation and sustained usage following purchase. You will work closely with customers to identify relevant use cases, overcome adoption barriers and ensure Adobe Sign is embedded into their business processes as quickly and effectively as possible. This role is ideally suited to a consultative sales professional who enjoys working with existing customers to drive long‑term success, adoption and satisfaction.
