Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience with software infrastructure. - Experience working with SQL. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in leading complex, large-scale programs across multiple cross-functional teams and global geographies. - Track record of making high-stakes prioritization decisions with a strategic product mindset. - Ability to navigate and grow within ambiguous project scopes. - Excellent delivery record, consistently hitting milestones and guiding organizational goals in an environment.
