Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilities: - Configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers. - Ability to automate processes such as device hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, system monitoring of Windows and Linux servers. - Ability to climb ladders to install and troubleshoot sensor devices. - Apply fixes, patches and upgrades in a timely fashion. - Troubleshoot server issues. - Administer customer accounts. - Deploy monitoring tools. - Deploy applications and tools. - Assist with escalated customer tickets.
