Responsibilities: Lead compensation processes : Own key compensation activities across Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS), including annual salary reviews, bonus review cycles, and job grading initiatives. Partner with stakeholders : Act as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, and management on all Compensation & Benefits-related matters. Drive compensation programs : Implement compensation policies, support harmonization initiatives, and continuously enhance existing frameworks and processes. Enable data-driven decisions : Leverage market benchmarks and compensation analyses to provide transparency and develop actionable recommendations. Optimize processes and systems : Contribute to the design and execution of compensation processes in Workday and support the standardization of structures and systems. Support change initiatives: Facilitate the successful implementation of new compensation and benefits programs through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
