Job Description: Oppenheimer Asset Management (‘OAM’) is seeking an individual to join our Reconciliation Team in New York City. The successful candidate will receive a robust internal training program which exposes them to the various OAM functions and team members. Responsibilities include: - Perform daily cash and position reconciliations for SMAs across multiple custodians, identifying and resolving breaks in a timely manner - Research and process corporate actions—dividends, mergers, spin-offs, tender offers—ensuring accurate reflection in client accounts - Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies - Maintain and enhance reconciliation workfl...
