Overview We are seeking a motivated Leadman responsible for supervising and maintain order in the warehouse. This nonexempt (hourly) position typically reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. The position requires working in accordance with Triple-S Steel job requirements and Safe Methods of Work. Overtime hours may be required to meet our customers’ needs. Schedule: - Monday - Friday 5PM - 3AM. Note: Shift end time can be later based on business needs. Must be able to work overtime. Responsibilities: - Follow Triple-S safe methods of work at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions. - Safely and properly move steel to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand, forklift, overhead crane or other equipment. Attach slings, hooks, or other devices to lift material and guide loads; to climb onto vehicles to tie down and release material being loaded. This is continuous daily activity. - Train new team members on will calls, deliver orders, check stock, use computers etc. - Morning walking through the warehouse making sure material is safe on racks and exit doors are not blocked. - Help check and pull wil...
