GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position provides direct housing and sheltering support to families at the ARCHES Project sites in Polk and Marion counties. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations including cleaning and laundry services, clerical duties, data collection & entry, assisting clients with navigation to resources, and other special projects as needed. Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High School Diploma or GED. - Two years of relevant social services experience, including work with children, youth or families required. - Knowledge of/or experience with the principles of trauma-informed care, trauma awareness, working with unsheltered or vulnerable populations, as well as best practices in homeless service delivery is preferred. - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
