Starting at $18 an hour In this role you will: Be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the entire team working in their assigned zone. They oversee the Zone team ensuring that they provide organized, efficient service to patients and visitors. The Front Desk Lead monitors the preparation of paperwork for the day’s clinic, ensures that the zones are cleaned, organized, and properly stocked at all times and ensures the daily flow of the clinic. Key Responsibilities: - Provides leadership and guidance to all the entire team working in their zone ensuring they are accessible. - Conducts daily huddles with zone team to review daily clinics and to motivate team to provide a positive work environment. - Creates a positive work environment for the entire team in their zone/clinic by motivating others and encouraging positive thinking and teamwork. - Oversees front desk representatives to ensure efficient patient flow at check in and check out. - Assists with any questions or concerns while providing excellent customer service to patients. - Monitors zone to ensure FOI customer service standards are met and that the clinic is flowing smoothly. - Ensures that the front desk a...
