Reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Quality within the Quality department. The Quality Engineer is collaborating with the entire Quality team including Supplier Quality as well as Engineering and Production. Key area of responsibility is Customer Quality and Production Quality. Gathering customer field data and prioritizing CAPAs, assisting customers with resolution to issues.
