About This Role This position is for a Senior Manager, Supply Planning, SIOP professional with significant experience who owns and develops elements of function strategies and operational goals for the supply and demand planning process with short to medium-term impact on the organization. Responsible for improving existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation. Collaborates with internal and external management to develop financial forecasts. Job Description: Leads in the development of strategies for supply planning within the Commercial SIOP team. Performs scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply and demand shifts, new product introductions, and product lifecycle transitions. Lead proactive identification and resolution of long-range supply chain risks including labor, material, and equipment constraints. Spearheads the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
